The CENTURY 21 story is one of global success. Our strength is born out of people with an unceasing dedication to customer service excellence. Formed in Orange County, California in July 1971, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation was the brainchild of Art Bartlett and Marv Fisher.
By 1976, the first international master franchise was sold in California. Australia was the sixth international region to be established in May 1989. It was closely followed by Japan, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand and of course India.
Today, CENTURY 21 is the largest Real Estate sales organization in the world, with over 8000 offices in 64 countries and territories. CENTURY 21's global reach extends across: the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Australia, Japan, France, England, Israel, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, India, South America, Iberia, Singapore, China, Central America and Luxembourg.
One of the key contributors to the strength of CENTURY 21 in India and our strong brand awareness is our National Advertising Program.
We are one of the few real estate franchise organizations to run a national advertising campaign. Designed to enhance brand awareness, this program is conducted on a national level and reviewed annually.
A National Advertising Fund (NAF) is operated on behalf of our offices. CENTURY 21 India and its offices contribute to NAF and those contributions are spent in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the franchise agreement.
